45-year-old Bryan Johnson spends $2m a year on reversing his age.
And it’s working.
He’s doing it with helmets that measure brain activity, the help of 30 doctors, a microdose of lithium, a whole heap of supplements, a strict exercise regime, a special calorie intake, a specific sleep routine, and special glasses that block out blue light. Simple, really.

45-year-old Bryan Johnson has reversed his age by five years.
With the help of 30 doctors, he is working out how to become younger.
This is currently a combination of supplements, a microdose of lithium, a daily intake of 1,977 calories in vegan food, an hour’s exercise a day, and three high-intensity sessions a week.
He also has a strict sleep schedule, which he keeps to after wearing glasses that block blue light for two hours prior to sleeping. His oral hygiene routine consists of brushing, flossing with water, rinsing with tea-tree oil, and applying an antioxidant gel.
So there’s quite a lot to it.
→ Zolman and his team have concluded that Johnson's heart is currently that of a 37-year-old, his skin is that of a 28-year-old, his lung and fitness levels match that of an 18-year-old, and his gum inflammation is that of a 17-year-old.

INNOVATION
Google has created a new artificial intelligence (A.I.) system called MusicLM, which produces music in any genre from a text description.
But the system isn't publicly available due to what Google describes as "ethical issues."
MusicLM wouldn't be the first generative A.I. system for music, but it's the first to create songs with "high-fidelity" and complicated composition. The algorithm produces songs based on a dataset of 280,000 hours of music.

Atlanta-based startup Hermeus has developed a hybrid engine that can switch from low-speed turbojet mode to hypersonic ramjet mode during flight. The company wants to use it to develop the fastest-ever aircraft.
With a Mach 3.3 (2,532 miles per hour), Lockheed SR-31 Blackbird is currently the fastest jet in the world. To beat the Blackbird, Hermeus is developing Chimera engine-powered Quarterhorse aircraft that is likely to fly at Mach 4 (3,069 mph).

A recent study has ascertained that weed consumers experience orgasms more intensely, according to non-smokers.
811 individuals aged 18 to 85 were asked about their cannabis and sex practices. 64 percent of individuals identified as female, and 73 percent said they were in monogamous relationships.
More than half reported using cannabis daily, and 59 percent admitted to purposefully becoming high before intercourse to improve it.
